Teton Reserve Golf Club is a private golf club experience
for residents and guests of Teton Reserve. The course will be
open to the general public on specified days.Hopefully opening
on a limited basis summer of 2006,Teton Reserves centerpiece
is a uniquely designed 18-hole championship links golf course
by Hale Irwin with reversible routing reflecting the spirit of
St. Andrews in a mountain setting. The Teton Reserve course is
our nations first reversible routing course.
What does reversible routing mean?
The Teton Reserve golf course has been designed with
maximum design flexibility in mind. There are two, distinct directional
tee box settings for every hole on the course. This means that
course management can set the tee direction for 18 holes on Saturday
and switch the direction for 18 holes on Sunday. Its like
having two courses in one. This design also extends the life of
the terrain coverage and grasses as the course environment matures.
Golf legend Byron Nelson, PGA Touring Professional
Steve Jones, and top golf course architect Gary Stephenson have
combined philosophy with course design to create a masterful golf
course to complement a complete community. The championship 18-hole
course, 9-hole par 3 course, and complete practice facility offer
a golf experience that can be enjoyed by all.
My home course! Accessible to the average Joe on a
budget. Not very well maintained but an interesting track nonetheless.
Golf a unique Scottish style links course in the Grand Tetons!
The Links at Teton Peaks has the look and feel of the Scottish
links courses right down to the pot bunkers on Hole 17 and a stacked
sod bunker on Hole 18. British Open champions would feel right
at home on this fabulous 18-Hole championship golf course, designed
by noted architect, David Druzisky.
